Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury revealed that the company concluded 2024 in a better position than initially anticipated, despite concerns raised earlier in the year. In a New Year message to employees, Faury stated that operational performance exceeded the cautious expectations set in July when profit targets were revised.
However, the CEO cautioned about heightened risks stemming from an increasingly uncertain international landscape. While Airbus managed to stabilize its operations, external factors such as geopolitical tensions and economic instability remain areas of concern for the aerospace giant.
Looking ahead, Faury emphasized the importance of staying resilient and adaptable to navigate these challenges while maintaining Airbus’ strategic goals.
