Airbus is redefining premium air travel with its newly launched “First Class Experience” concept for the A350-1000, offering unparalleled space, privacy, and elegance for high-end travelers. Revealed at the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), this innovative layout is part of the Airspace cabin family and positions the A350-1000 as a flagship widebody, just ahead of Boeing’s anticipated 777X.
The layout revamp optimizes cabin space by relocating crew rest stairs and consolidating lavatories and storage areas behind the first set of doors. This enables the inclusion of three to six ultra-luxury suites at the front of the aircraft.
At the heart of the concept is the “Master Suite” — a high-end space built for two, featuring a bar, private lavatory, convertible double bed, dual sofas, and a personal dressing area. A raised ceiling enhances the spacious ambiance, made possible through repositioned systems and wiring.
With demand for first class rising again as business class becomes increasingly uniform, Airbus is offering airlines a blank canvas to design a truly personalized premium product.
