The upcoming 15th Airshow China in Zhuhai will feature the debut of several advanced Chinese warplanes and domestically developed aero engines, as announced by the PLA Air Force. This highly anticipated event will run from November 12 to 17 and is set to showcase the latest advancements in Chinese military aviation technology.

Lieutenant General Yu Qingjiang highlighted that the airshow will present the PLA Air Force’s new capabilities in strategic delivery, air combat, and air defense through both flight demonstrations and static displays. For the first time, the show will feature a comprehensive display of the Air Force’s operational strength, covering a broad range of platforms such as unmanned systems and strategic airdrop capabilities.

Military analysts predict the potential unveiling of various next-generation aircraft, including new stealth fighter jets and specialized operations aircraft. While the much-anticipated H-20 stealth bomber may not make an appearance, attention is focused on possible new versions of the FC-31 fighter jet and other carrier-based stealth aircraft.

This year, the PLA Army and Navy will also participate in the event, making it a truly multi-service exhibition of China’s growing defense capabilities. The show promises to be a landmark event in China’s defense sector, as it aims to project confidence in the nation’s military prowess and commitment to regional peace and stability.
