Korean Air Soars into Summer 2024 with Expanded International Services

Setting its sights on the horizon, Korean Air is primed to elevate travelers’ experiences with an ambitious expansion of its international services for the upcoming summer season, commencing on March 31. Anticipating a resurgence in travel demand, the airline is set to resume operations to key destinations while ramping up frequencies on pivotal routes, marking a significant stride towards revitalizing global connectivity.

Resuming Operations to Coveted Destinations

Korean Air is poised to reignite wanderlust with the resumption of services to four prominent cities across China, Europe, and Southeast Asia. On April 2, travelers will once again have the opportunity to traverse between Seoul Incheon and Zurich thrice weekly, capitalizing on the allure of this perennial summer hotspot.

April 23 will witness the revival of the Seoul Incheon-Zhangjiajie route, famed for its breathtaking UNESCO World Natural Heritage site status and its association with the fantastical world of “Avatar.” Meanwhile, April 24 heralds the return of Seoul Incheon-Zhengzhou services, with four weekly flights beckoning travelers to explore the captivating landscapes and cultural treasures of this Chinese gem.

Adding to the excitement, Korean Air will reintroduce daily flights on the Busan-Bangkok route on April 25, rekindling connections severed by the pandemic and offering a gateway to the vibrant charms of Thailand’s capital.

Enhanced Connectivity on Major Arteries

Responding astutely to burgeoning demand, Korean Air is bolstering its presence on key routes across Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. Travelers bound for Budapest will rejoice as flight frequencies on the Seoul Incheon-Budapest route increase from thrice weekly to four times a week, providing easier access to this enchanting European destination and its burgeoning industrial landscape.

Further enhancing accessibility, the Seoul Incheon-Bangkok route will see an uptick from three to four daily flights, while the Seoul Incheon-Manila route will intensify from two to three daily flights, catering to the diverse interests of travelers bound for these vibrant capitals.

In North America, Korean Air is elevating connectivity on the Seoul Incheon-Dallas route from four weekly flights to a daily service, strengthening ties with the dynamic heart of the south-central United States.
