Fully Funded Scholarships Available for Developing Countries in Singapore-ICAO Training Programme 2024/2025

The 2024/2025 Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme is currently accepting applications. This initiative, established in 2001 through collaboration between Singapore and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), aims to provide specialized training opportunities for government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States. Funded by the Singapore Government and managed by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau, the programme offers 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships to attend courses conducted by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) from April 2022 to March 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Government officials interested in applying should meet the following requirements:

Endorsement or nomination from the Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent authority in their respective organizations.
Relevant job qualifications or work portfolios related to the chosen course.

Selection Process:

Applicants will receive notification of their application status approximately 8 weeks before the course commencement date. Successful candidates will be issued an Award Letter via email and must confirm their acceptance by email. Additionally, they are required to provide a copy of their confirmed e-ticket.

A completed Nomination Form, endorsed by their direct reporting officer and the Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent authority.
