US-Bangla Airlines Successfully Completes Trial Flight of New Airbus A330-300
In a significant milestone, US-Bangla Airlines recently conducted a successful trial flight of its new Airbus A330-300, a spacious aircraft boasting 436 seats. The trial took place on March 31st, departing from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 4:00 pm with 210 staff and employees onboard.
The flight journeyed to Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram before returning to Dhaka within a mere 30 minutes. Passengers at both destinations applauded the smooth and successful test flight, as highlighted in a press release by the airline.
Looking ahead, US-Bangla Airlines intends to leverage its new Airbus A330-300 for regular flights on key routes, including Dhaka-Dubai and Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, plans are in motion to introduce flights on the Dhaka-Jeddah route in the near future.
With the addition of the Airbus A330-300, US-Bangla Airlines now boasts a fleet of 23 aircraft, comprising one Airbus A330-300, nine Boeing 737-800, 10 ATR 72-600, and three Dash 8-Q400 aircraft. Moreover, there are plans underway to further expand the fleet with another Airbus A330-300, as indicated in the press release.
This successful trial flight signifies US-Bangla Airlines’ commitment to enhancing its services and expanding its reach within the aviation industry.
