Gulf Air Expands Network with Thai Airways Partnership Renewal
Gulf Air has renewed its partnership with Thai Airways, adding new codeshare routes to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, and offering greater connectivity through Bahrain.
Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, has renewed its partnership with Thai Airways, opening up additional routes for passengers connecting through Bangkok. The codeshare agreement now allows Gulf Air customers to access 14 new destinations, including domestic flights to Phuket and Chiang Mai in Thailand, as well as international routes to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia.
In return, Thai Airways passengers can enjoy Gulf Air’s network via its hub in Manama, Bahrain, connecting them to six new destinations such as Cairo, Kuwait City, Manchester, Athens, Casablanca, and Amman.
First established in 2018, the collaboration between Gulf Air and Thai Airways has expanded over time, reflecting both airlines’ commitment to providing seamless travel experiences across their networks.
