Airbus has bounced back with a strong performance in November, delivering 84 aircraft, marking a significant recovery after a summer slowdown. This sharp rise follows an agreement between Airbus and engine supplier CFM over short-term engine supplies, ensuring smoother production and delivery processes.
With 643 deliveries already completed this year, the company is now focused on meeting its ambitious target of delivering “around 770” planes by the end of 2023. To reach this goal, Airbus will need to deliver an additional 127 jets in December. More conservative analyst estimates expect the company to reach 750 deliveries for the year.
This uptick in deliveries signals a recovery in Airbus’s production capacity, with the end of the year shaping up to be a critical period for the plane manufacturer to hit its targets.
