Jazeera Airways Boosts Growth with New C-Suite Appointments
Jazeera Airways announces key leadership changes, appointing Captain Ayman Alshammari, Ginny Sethi, and Paul Carroll to drive fleet expansion, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low-cost carrier, has announced three key C-suite appointments to drive its next phase of expansion and transformation. Captain Ayman Alshammari has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ginny Sethi has been promoted to Chief People Officer (CPO), and Paul Carroll has joined as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Captain Ayman, previously Vice President of Flight Operations at Jazeera, brings over three decades of expertise, including key roles at Kuwait’s DGCA and Kuwait Airways. He will lead operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across the airline.
Ginny Sethi, who has served Jazeera since 2018, will continue enhancing the airline’s people strategies, focusing on cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture. With extensive HR credentials and over 24 years of global experience, Ginny’s leadership will be pivotal to Jazeera’s employee-driven growth vision.
Paul Carroll, joining from the AirAsia Group where he served as Group Chief Commercial Officer, brings vast experience in commercial aviation across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His appointment is set to energize Jazeera’s network expansion, digital transformation, and customer engagement initiatives.
CEO Barathan Pasupathi highlighted that these leadership changes are integral to Jazeera’s strategic transformation, which includes expanding its fleet with 26 new Airbus aircraft, creating thousands of new jobs, and enhancing the customer experience through technological innovation.
Jazeera Airways, currently serving over 60 destinations with 24 aircraft, is positioning itself for a major growth era with an emphasis on digitalization, operational excellence, and strengthening Kuwait’s aviation sector.
